Flashlight Pro’s screenlight function uses the BlackBerry® display by turning the brightness to full extend and makes sure the backlight never turns off. Furthermore, the flashlight function takes usage of the video camera flashlight. It starts up the camera and ensures the camera does not turn off automatically. To use the camera flashlight “Video Camera » Options » Video Light” need to be set to “ON”. On top of this, Flashlight Pro also allows to send morse code light signals using the screenlight or flashlight function which might be very useful in emergencies.
